We ship all our orders by Australia Post or Sendle we aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order where possible.

When lighting for the first time burn until wax melts across entire surface to the sides of vessel (this prevents tunneling, and creates an even burn for the duration of the candle’s ‘life’) This may take up to 2-4 hours.

CAR DIFFUSER BOTTLES – USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Twist and remove lid from bottle, carefully remove the clear plastic stopper from the bottle.
• Screw lid back on the bottle and tip the bottle upside down for 2-3 seconds so that the fragrance absorbs into the wooden lid. DO NOT OVER SATURATE the wooden lid section with liquid/fragrance. REPLACE CLEAR PLASTIC STOPPER after this has been done.
• Hand bottle in your car, home or office space.
• Take care NOT to spill liquid when refreshing fragrance/liquid, Remove the bottle from car prior to refilling, ENSURE LID IS TIGHT at all times to prevent any change of spillage or leakage.
• DO NOT USE IN VEHICLE IF DRIVER VISIBILITY OR INSTRUMNET VISIBILITY IS OBSTRUCTED IN ANY WAY.
• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN & PETS
• DO NOT LEAVE BOTTLE LAYING ON ITS SIDE ON ANY SURFACE AREA, BOTTLE MUST BE UPRIGHT AT ALL TIMES WHEN CONTAINING LIQUID.
• If leakage does occur clean immediately do not leave to clean later, any fluids contained in a car diffuser bottle are generally damaging to most surfaces & NOT to be ingested. If fluid gets in eye was with water & seek medical attention asap. If fluid gets on skin wash immediately. Avoid contact with bottle contents at all times.
• Avoid damage or breakage by removing bottle if travelling on rough terrain or bumpy surfaces.
• Do not allow Lid, Rope, bottle or contents to come in contact with plastic or painted surfaces if any fluid has leaked on these. Prevent the contents of bottle coming in contact with any surface of vehicle internal or external.
• Prolonged exposure to high interior temperatures must be avoided, If outside temperature exceeds 28 degree C remove bottle from vehicle or location and place in a sealed container to avoid leakage occurring or potential damage.
• WE accept no responsibility for improper use of these products with no exception. Do Not alter the product in any way to avoid potential damage or leakage.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT A SMALL NUMBER OF USERS HAVE FOUND LEAKAGE TO OCCUR WHEN CARS ARE LEFT IN HOT SUN FOR PERIODS OF TIME. PLEASE ENSURE STOPPER CAP IS IN PLACE AT ALL TIMES AND LID IS TIGHTLY SEALED. DO NOT OVER FILL BOTTLE OR OVER SATURATE LID. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGED CASUED BY ANY FORM OF LEAKAGE OR SPILLAGE FROM THESE PRODUCTS.
